hi, i would recommend using the bootstrap (https://github.com/X9Developers/XSN/releases/tag/v1.0.21 is the last one i was able to find). but since there are multiple error sources for synching problems, you should either post a little more information (ie does it sync up until some percentage, or not at all, how about firewall/antivirus rules, ...). if you don't have a problem with an allout trump discord you could join that as well, if you have though and dont want to write too much info on btctalk i would really not recommend looking into any channel but technical ones
