I haven't seen any Gamblig Platform who used Telegram for Promotions, most I know is that they use Discord.
Do you have any Idea why they don't have any Telegram Communities? and why does it seem they don't use this platform for their promotions?

It depends on the gambling platform, but most of them use discord because it had subchannel function where its easy to navigate to different channel topics unlike telegram very disorganised and with bunch of spammers and scammers a very messy platform reminds me of slack.
