We are going to try something revolutionary (and fun!) for a coin.  There are many tasks that need to be accomplished to build the value of any coin. And uniquness is another major value driver.

Today we are starting RSC Funds.  These funds will operate as special purpose funding vehicles to accomplish specific tasks. Anyone can request creation of a fund. Anyone can donate to the cause. Anyone can "Accept the task" when the fund has enough value to take on the task.

The first RSC Funds will be launched today.
