OTC means over the counter and is only for those who want to buy bitcoin and cryto currencies in bulk and not from the exchanges. I don't know how these scam OTC groups can exist and scam people because whoever is willing to buy/sell crypto in large quantity he wont be dump to send his money to these scammers/ He will only deal after proper know how and investigations of being trusted.
