It seems like your first webpage. I am not sure what is mean this big picture on the first page. I’m not saying it’s not nice, but I don’t see why it’s so important to be on top of the page whenever I visit your website.
Also in other categories, big pictures dominate there. So it's only visual page, not informational.
You can't have two languages on the same menu. I guess "Tiếng Việt" is Vietnamese and for all other people who are not from Vietnam this page means nothing just confusing. If you want to have a multilanguage website, you need to make it separately with a clear link to switch languages.
The colours are perhaps too pronounced and aggressive and can be tiring for a long time. You want your visitors to stay as much longer they can, right?
You put two boxes from exchangers, probably original idea is to get something from affiliates from there, but do you really think that someone will trust to your website and use this swap method on your page?

find better WordPress themes and start from the beginning. You can find some good examples from practice on Newspress or similar. It's just an idea.
