While those links on website are not working, he was telling the truth about that part, for a change. They indeed paid some websites to publish their promotional article but as we know that doesn't prove legitimacy of this. If anything, it proves that majority of crypto related websites don't have any scruples and are willing to promote just about anyone who is willing to pay few hundred bucks or whatever is the rate.
