It will say this, because many clients are not updated and the old fork was on block 50,000+.
As more people update the issue should go away, and after we hit those blocks that the old fork is on it should go altogether
Just be calm and patient and all will be fine!
so in the meantime is it safe to do any transaction at all ? what if i happen to receive/send money with a counterparty using an old version of the wallet ?
