Yeah, seems to be compatible as "Restoring a seed on another Trezor .... restores all the U2F keys too, since they are derived from one master key."  Nevertheless I didn't check this because for U2F I use specialized HW security key namely Yubikey 5 which doesn't allow to do similar operation between two different instances.
