You might want to open a thread explaining what happened.

If you are not completely sure how that happened, finding this out should be the first step to make sure your system isn't compromised.

If this is more than just a commend, open a new thread explaining exactly what happened, which OS and Wallet you used etc.
There is a chance that it is just a network issue or something similar.
