The good thing about Michael Jordan was his skill to bring his team into finals when he was in Chicago Bulls and not only that, He managed to win 6 of them. also, he became the NBA Finals MVP in all six NBA championship that's insane for a player who played in Chicago Bulls for his six-season career.

Let's also give credit to his teammates. Their lineup was really one of the best during their championship seasons. Jordan's skill is superb so when blended with his teammate's skills, the result is they turned into a monster team.

And just want to clarify your last statement, Jordan's journey in Chicago is not just six-season but 13 seasons. He also experiences struggles and difficulties in his early years and even a first-round sweep at the playoffs but he came back strong every year. Their team's GM is also good at acquiring role players that help the Chicago Bulls reached their stardom.

That's right, without good role players surrounding the best player in the NBA, he would still fair as he cannot carry his team alone, it's a team sport, chemistry is very important as team effort makes a team successful. Correct me if I'm wrong, during MJ's era he is not a fan of building a super team, IMO, Bulls that time are not considered as super team compared to the GSW, Lakers, and Nets with Durant and Irving.
