I just saw your contract address, it's created few hours ago (less than 1 day) and I only found that your total supply is only 4LQB while the price of your token (as you stated is 0.025 ETH/LQB, so it's only worth 0.1 ETH. Can you please clarify this?

The tokens are created as they are bought, so there will never be an excess of tokens. If someone sends 1 ETH to the contract, it will create 40 new tokens and send those to the beneficiary. If someone sends 0.1 ETH, they will receive 4 LQB, and so on.
And to answer the first part of your question, we spent a lot of time testing the contract, and once we all agreed it was ready, we deployed it and started the ICO. We didn't want to do a long winded announcement procedure, The site was ready, telegram was set up, twitter was good to go, so we didn't feel like there was a need to delay the launch at that point.
