ICO credibility is seen from the ICO project itself, I think the signature campaign does not have a big influence in determining the credibility of an ICO. maybe some people see that if their campaign is followed by many people then the project is good, it's not always true. I used to think like that because I couldn't further analyze a project, but it was a thought when I was a newbie.
