When we say a team is fake, it does not always mean that they use stolen identity. Sometimes they are not what they claim, they lie about their records & resumes.
For example, this is what you wrote for EpoxyDao : "Fake team with stolen names & photos". When you write something like that, you simply have to provide the proof of that, and that means show whether they used stock photos/AI generated or they stole identity from someone else. But instead of that, you showed nothing.
Yesterday I reported one scammy project which used photo of another person as a fake profile for their CEO. To prove that, I found the real person behind that photo, and contacted him just to confirm that he has nothing to do with that scam. This is what you should do when you claim something like that, you have to provide the proof otherwise it doesn't mean anything. If I just wrote "team has fake photo" and raised the flag, other members would ask me to provide some evidence for my claim.

You can share his LinkedIn profile in that case and show that he is lying about his experience. Point is, for every claim you have to provide the evidence. More you can provide, stronger the case against the scammers.
In the end, this is what you claim, so if you said that we can find that on your website, then it should be there, because now it isn't and it doesn't look good.
