If you are the receiver, you can push it by spending the unconfirmed output to one of your other addresses in a new tx with more high fee. This is called CPFP [child pay for parents]. However, i think it's fine with 151 satoshi per byte. I am sure it will be confirmed soon without the need to push it .

how do i do this? for example if i open my blockchain wallet, what address do i send to and what amount?

I don't think you can do this with blockchain wallet. Other btc clients gives user the ability to send unconfirmed amount from a received transaction when it's not yet confirmed, so you can just send another transaction to an address owned by you with higher fee ; the miner will have to confirm the previous transaction before confirming the one you made. This option would help you if you migrate from blockchain wallet to another wallet supports the feature like Electrum or bitcore .
