Even by creating just my own thought, this can't be answered.

Not a good price movement if we will just suddenly hit another ATH without strong support from each level. The 2018 bearish market after ATH will just repeat.

Like to see a resistance that happened around $10,000 previously where bitcoin price sits on that level for long. Others considered that level as a bottom too. Hopefully, around $13,000 will also be considered as the bottom someday then that's the start, level by level.
