4. Latoken
I have traded on Latoken many times. I've never had a problem. You can add two more exchanges to your list.
1. Coinsbit
2. Yobit
Yobit scam is now open secret. Coinsbit exchange is very slow, have fake trading volume and huge gap between buy order and sell order. People should avoid all these exchange if they have option.
