Bitsler is just way too good for way too long to care about the license, they could cancel their license tomorrow and nothing will change for me.
Having gambling license is effective for a casino. Maybe you don't care about it but many gambler take casino license seriously. If bitsler cancel their license the news will spread widely in crypto gambling world. And it will create panic between many gamblers. Finally they will loss many user. Though bitsler is trusted, and doing their business nicely without any issue. But without having license no online casino can attract all type of gambler.
Bitsler has already established here as one of the popular casinos but nowadays people are already looking for license, if that is not important Bitsler would not get that license and they will just continue to operate without a license which they will still have their loyal gamblers but their future expansion could be at risk.

That is what the most important thing casinos must have since many scam casino came out and for having a license gamblers will have a peaceful mind playing, but I'm the case of bitsler well they are established casino so I don't think there will be a problem if they will expand not unless if there's a legal authority will questioned about there operations.

There will be no problem but there's no security of the gamblers, as we all know, they are already very popular but they still choose to have a license as they know it's required and it will make them a legitimate site, here's the thing that would come out in the mind of the gamblers.

What if Bitsler will scam us, how do we go after them, without a license, it's hard to trace them.

Agree reputation is not an issue but the license since this is the most important thing a casino must have. And bitsler management should not ignore this since if their license expire and they choose not to renew/get it then provably the questions regarding on it will hunt them and might people will lose their trust since they didn't comply those important documents.

But I believe bitsler will always look after that since they have a reputation to protect and this is their long time running business.

It is probably a combination of both. The license is then a basis where everything starts. As long as it's okay, you know you're playing at a site that is operating legally. also important.
If they have a license, you can start comparing for yourself and find out which casino has the best reputation. There are always some problems with every casino, there will always be a difference of opinion I think.
