support ticket where   nothing on your crappy website works.  tried discord wasn't able to use anything there either there was no place to type a message there in #support.  tried creating ticket was not able to  but if it is like your website it sucks too.

you are selling this stuff so you fix it so i have the 3 months i payed for not the one month you gave me. if it isnt fixed i will complain to paypal.
