I have completed a secured deal in
https://crexbtc.comnow when I try to withdraw they ask to verify the account by depositing 0.1 BTC in the account from an external address
I want to know is this a legit website or not?

Do not deposit any money to any site for verification purpose. You will lose that money.
It is a scam for sure. No legit business will ask you for a 0.1 btc deposit to verify yourself.
If some sites even ask for verification deposit then its only cents not 1300$-1400$
Most likely you have been sent "fake btc" through this site. Thats not real btc and cannot be withdrawn. Dont have high hopes for that and just move on.
If you paid to get money there then unfortunately you got scammed already and lost funds, but avoid doing same mistake twice and do not feed these scammers.
Its a good that you first came here and asked instead of sending that deposit.
