Is it possible that your pending BTC deposit was instantly credited then you lose them all and sent a fund in ETH after that, then you intended to withdraw? In this kind of cases, there might be a misunderstanding since it is clear that on Roobet site, they have a notice that you cannot withdraw unless your BTC is confirmed.  So I guess you have to talk to the customer support more patiently.
