There sure is a lot of crimes in this thread. Maybe they should get some of those Law Enforcement stations where you're are at. Think that would help?
The Violent crime is considered bad. I see them claim the crime rate is going down from time to time, but I think this is when they're just trying to get votes. There are many thieves as well, maybe more so than the violent criminals. I believe thay department stores keep an account of how much is stolen from them. This is one of the thieves favorite placrs to steal, along with stealing from other individuals.
