Lookin' snazzy. 
In my head, I call it "Stainless Steel".. but that's probably a bit pretentious. lol 
One thing I did a little differently with this theme, which I've liked personally, is the highlighting and display of the last edit date (without needing to hover). May or may not be too obtrusive with the highlighting but, well, I like it. Can obviously make adjustments if everyone hates it.. and could provide a copy/paste version of the altered css, and they can use the 'custom css' option.
And some extra links under the MORE menu that I wish were available to everyone. I realize that an extension user by a few dozen people doesn't really solve this problem but maybe someone will find this useful and it's not like you're paying extra for it
I like it. There is a decent collection of hidden links/features here as well.
