We are very excited to announce the AskoLend testnet dApp!

Per Dorg, we expect the AskoLend testnet dApp to be available to show to the community by November 10th. After November 10th, we expect AskoLend to be in its testing/audit phase. Realistically, that puts AskoLend’s expected mainnet release around New Year’s. However, if things go better than expected (in the testing/audit phase), then mainnet release could be before New Year’s; conversely, if things go worse, then it could be after.

AskoLend’s testnet will likely require community testing; if so, we’ll provide more details on that soon. Regarding staking dividends earned from AskoLend, a fee on the money market within AskoLend platform will eventually be governed by the AskoDAO-the stakers of Asko. Further details will be provided on AskoLend revenue closer to the release of AskoLend mainnet. @kingShill123 is around to answer any technical questions that you have regarding AskoLend.

Regarding our roadmap, the expectation implied to our community was that AskoLend would be fully released by the end of October. Per our dev team and Dorg, that target was never realistic, and obviously shouldn’t have been implied as realistic. Somewhere internally we miscommunicated along the way. We apologize for that miscommunication as a whole. Moving forward, our team and partners will thoroughly discuss significant roadmap target dates, and ensure that they are unanimously known logical estimates.
