I thought rootstock would add value to btc long-term. I was delusional. Just like any corporate project RSK simply died. You know it had died just before it was born. Im saying this coz tons of ambitious garbage like Bancor, Augur etc. have been sidelined and mostly left unnoticed by smart money. If you are smart and you got sharole you are gonna look out for the best opportunities to make money. 99% of shits dont even qualify for "doable opportunities". They are simply the worst.
Bitcoin itself wasn't taken seriously by "smart money" 'til much later from its inception. You're suggesting to take a big risk, aka "putting many eggs on a single basket", which would be good if it pays off, but not so much if it doesn't. It's not a matter of whether it's being noticed, because it is, there's a few missing pieces at the moment (RIF's marketplace full potential being one of them) and once they're all together, we might be seeing an entirely different picture.
Remember that this is not a race, the blockchain, it's constant work in progress, and building an ecosystem of open sourced content has to be very thorough to make sure there's no exploits of any kind.
