I´m from Spain, so I could do the spanish and also basque translation if needed...
I work like a freelance designer and made few works already...couldo do a nice logo and image for the coin...
offline and online publicity work and more....

webcoin, if is already not taken, I think is pretty straight fordward and very clear and simple for the masses...
I could apport more names if needed, but I think WEBCOIN could be a winner !!!
specs: could be nice to have KGW,no doubt,1000 first blocks at least with low reward for avoid instaminig and dumping...
maybe some random blocks as well...scrypt jane...and some ideas to keep miners with us...
