Launching a new audited token soon.  I have been in the space quite long  and looking at all these projects over the years it is time to do my part.

ok first some info on the project:

The product consists of 2 things:

-A catchy and easy safe and encrypted messenger

-A DEFI like token environment with time lock token event.

The token and project keys:

-simplicity
-There are no rewards or tokens for the team if you believe in it you could buy some or join the development I am still looking for someone who can help me with the technical part of token time lock and airdrop or distribution..
If we need to pay for external developers we will need to use some of the money we put into a public wallet or sell some of the token that will be openly communicated

ok about the token distribution:

I would like this to be an open source community project as far as that is possible but I was thinking like this:

max/total tokens:  10.000.000
Token price pre-sale  0.01$ (in ETH)
maximum half of the tokens 5.000.000 are for the presale were we are looking to raise 20.000-50.000$
The pre-sale buyers can not know when their time locked/lottery tokens are released. so it is a gamble which bonus or time lock you will receive  (need a simple lotery system for this)

so for example you decide to buy for 1 ETH..   it could be that your time lock is just 2 weeks and you receive 10% extra coins or it could be that your tokens are only available at the summer 2021.
This prevents wales to simply buy for 1 cent and sell for 2 cents...    This project is going to last at least until summer 2021 because the marketing will go on because our team bought tokens are also possible to get out in summer 2021

The funds we raised will go in the public wallet that we use for development only! strictly! all expenses will be communicated.  So this doesn't mean paying rent or renting silly expensive hotels or conference rooms! We do it the old fashioned sober way!
There will be marketing and the public token sale will be as follows:

-At the opening/start there will be good quality limited physical presents that will get send out by post! Only to the ones that get their tokens locked until summer 2021! with a minimum of 1 ether value/address.

if you buy tokens they will be locked for a minimum of 2 weeks you send ETH to the address and the lottery system makes it one of these:

bought and locked 2 weeks  =  10% bonus
bought and locked 4 weeks  =  25% bonus
bought and locked 6 weeks  =  50% bonus
bought and locked 12 weeks = 100% bonus
bought and locked until summer 2021 (June)  2021% bonus!  So buy 100 tokens and receive 2021 tokens and use them from June

The other half of the tokens will be used for these bonuses but also for a staking event:
stake and receive the bonus
which is the same as above again your coins could go in one of the above.. like a lottery
so all in all fair enough no wale manipulation and the messenger dapp and this unique DEFI is catchy and will attract attention in the crypto space!

The name and design is already there but design still being worked on but if you are a very good designer please contact.
