Bitcoin would be convenient for people who don't have a credit card or don't want to use the cards they have, either don't want the spouse to see it on the bill or don't trust giving their number to "porn guys", or afraid of recurring billing.

Unlike the old days, now it's possible to buy almost anything you want using bitcoin as most big companies started adopting it.
One of the areas where cryptos are heavily used is the darknet market. If it become impossible to use cryptos anymore, then many businesses will be badly affected.
