Right now the system is designed and developed in a way to scam the public. I've used the word scam, because the system looks to be perfect when viewed from outside, but in depth it is bad and has got flaws. These flaws are used to steal the people's money. I state this based on the infrastructure of my country.

In the recent days a scam took place where farmers are directly paid by the government on their bank accounts. As the application format is tough it isn't possible for the people who aren't much skilled. This is being used as an opportunity and the third party involved as Government authorised centers and ate people's money.
