I think you also did not meet the 10 merit requirements in the last 120 days and I am sure Hhampuz would not go wrong checking your merit history.

My merit history shows 27 merits earned (as of now) when submitting the application and I believe yours is not more than 7 merits.
Let's check your merit history in
the last 150 days in BPIP, you receive the first 3 merits on June 26. June 26 to October 30
is 126 days.
I received merit on July 1 (more recent than yours above) and it doesn't appear in my merit history either.
