Worked a few years on a similar position and thought maybe to share a tip on the matter. What's most important is to have a vast knowledge of everything that may pop up. I knew and interacted with a lot of people on these kinds of positions that had no idea how to react to certain situations that appeared. All my career I've loved to take courses and that helped me all throughout.
