Its a newbie account which was created 3 month earlier and he is trying to provide his service through a self moderated topic. Dealing with a newbie account is always risky and the risk the level is much higher when you will going to make a deal through telegram conversation. You have already gt the experience what I am trying to say and you made the mistake by taking his service.
