Assuming that they can receive and send their money quickly and conveniently with ecash, I speculate that they will never care about the difference between centralized and decentralized.
That's right, most people don't pay attention to how cryptocurrencies work and what blockchian technology is. Very few cryptocurrency owners understand how bloclchian technology works right now. So they will not care whether a currency is decentralized or not.
