There's probably more connections to this user who doesn't seem too concerned with their alts being banned.
Probably yeah, he obviously doesn't care since five out of six accounts are using the same address and that number "22" in the name. He knows that when those accounts get banned that he can simply make few ones and continue with bounty campaign spamming. Business as usual for an average bounty hunter.
By the way, thanks for correcting me, I edited that post. You are right, See22 and epi22 are not banned yet, but hopefully they will be soon.
