Hello, thanks for the answer but the Dashboard at https://hodl.paytomat.com/ still has the mistake "Server error" so i can't withdraw my Tokens! You have for the Fix a timeline?

The team must immediately correct the system errors that exist today, I have made transactions several times, but always have errors and of course this is a very detrimental to us as users. I contact the support for my Pre-Sale Tokens, the Dashbord is down and support says my tokens lose. So i say you scamed my about my 14k Pre-Sale tokens Angry Angry
Hopefully the problem got fixed since you bring it to this thread and forum, so we can see many responses. It's simple like this, If the problem seems to be ignored or the support not dealt with it immediately, yes I think you are got scamed but I hope not like that for the sake of the project.

I hope the same but no answer from the last week, so i think Paytomat think "so what" the Dashboard is offline and the normally withdraw function on the Dashboard never works...

Over years no fix to withdraw to a normal EOS wallet or exchange and than Offline!!!

Sorry, but we do not visit this forum frequently. All pre-sale participants already received their tokens. I did not see your request at support@paytomat.com. Please specify the number or your request (all senders receive an automatical reply that their letter received and number of the ticket).

Also specify your EOS account name, so we can check everything in blockchain. Cause now it seems that you just want to call Paytomat scam.
