I think it depends because there are bounties that after being listed in the exchangers will suddenly dump the price so it is now difficult to join the bounties especially if there are many dumpers who are investors or bounty hunters we can not blame them if this is their decision because it is no longer old in bounties after distribution others still continue to hold their coin until there is a good exchanger for their holding coin.
It all depends too much on the project. If the project is good and gradually develops, then it makes sense to receive a reward in tokens and keep them as long as possible until they grow significantly in price. But if the project is weak, it is better to sell tokens immediately or get a reward in stable coins.
