Can we expect a good upward rally from ETH?

So two big good news, one is regarding the change in US president from anti to pro crypto and now the launch of eth 2.0.
Looks like remaining 2020 will be massively bullish for eth, btc and other top coins, im already feeling excited.

Still we can't be sure about this news of president but high probability for new president. Whatever happened to president but I think in the first quarter of the next year top coins could suprass the last highest price. History predict the same after the Bitcoin halving
