You were not the first. Slovenian prime minister was first to congratulate him. He is prince of darkness so he already knew it weeks ago. If someone will oppose him he will of course block him.

As to who ends the prez next year. It looks like we will find out in December as there are multiple lawsuits by Trump.
This will be around 30 more days.
The bright side to this is BTC will jump over 15k due to this fight.
