That is indeed difficult question. We will let our odds provider settle this bet for us. But that being said we are speaking with them every day to stay in the loop about what is happening.

Bottom line is that ur market is called "Next president" so this bet shouldn't be settled until next president is declared. I doubt it will go to court and even if it does it probably won't change anything we will see. It is too close to call the winner now and there is definitely a lot of uncertainty surrounding this election.
