You already restricted in that exchange why not try to use other exchange  to trade ? There are exchange that you can use without kyc has a limit but it's enough amount to start trading without a problem unlike the exchange you mentioned.

I dont want to suggest buying other people's identity since there are  a risk involve for the owner of that I'd if ever they sell to other person .and you will also make a problem for your self  exchange notice that you use fake IDs.
