I concur that the questionnaire asks a couple of questions that are personal, and that these will likely deter people from answering the questions on the whole (not that surveys placed here often get many answers either).
People that respond from Bitcointalk are not going to be aware of your start-up project and the context, for the most ,should therefore be that of an anonymous person. Normally, one will not submit their name and email, lest they want to be contacted, and know under what terms. Of course, one can submit bogus data, but even so.
The questions I figure you’ve thought them through well, but asking people why they don’t use crypto, for those that have reached the survey through Bitcointalk is a bit weird. You also ask about crypto investment amounts, but the question should be pegged to a given timeframe (i.e. per month or per year, and even so, that is variable).

We have added more about our project and we have put all personal questions in optional.
In Spanish we had a timeframe but for some reason we didn't put it in English. Thank you very much for your comment and help.
