hello this exchange belongs to an scammer so is SCAM, he also has other  exchanges currently operating as they are https://stakecenter.co/   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5267337.  you can see they both listing TOKEMON coin and if you talk to the support of both exchanges is obviously the same person. Short and rude replies, How i know? because i was very scammed by coinmarkets and this is probably the same person.
