I agree. While the news around ETH is great and if CBDC does actually follow through then the network update needs to happen soon. Overall, this will benefit the crypto community with crypto becoming more popular and extending the use of ETH network which will make it a very popular alt.

At the same time, we must live in the present and as previously mentioned right now the attention should be on BTC which is breaking new records high of this year. At the time of this post BTC has broken through the 15k barrier and has been staying in this region for several hours already. We all know what with BTC growing and gaining momentum the alts have no choice but to shrink in volume, price etc.

So best to remain cautious trading these as volatility might eat up all you profits and maybe even all your capital investment.
