I don't think so, VAES requires AVX512. AVX512 is mentioned for Zen4 but no mention of VAES.
They still need to improve AVX2, that will also likely have to wait for Zen4.
Zen 3 mostly improves single threaded performance.

IMO AVX512 is a bust. It's over 4 years late and still not available on mainstream CPUs.
And anything AVX512 can do, a GPU can do better.

Edit: THG says Zen3 implements VAES for AVX2. This is a non-standard implementation that backports
the 256 bit 2 way parallel AES from AVX512 without requiring support for 512 bit vectors.
Like the rest of Zen AVX2 it's probably only for show and breaks it down to 128 bit serial operation internally.

I'll get 5600X today and will test it to see how VAES performs.
