I agree with you, it is better to hold top altcoins in the market in which we can gain profit. I learned my lesson since I hold too many altcoins in my wallet which is not profitable. Better invest those top coins that we can earn profit even market will down it will rise again. So my top asset in my wallet is btc and eth, yet I'm also adding top alts to hold.
Profit from hope I guess hehe,,, I mean I totally agree with the idea of only top altcoins but I look every day at my holdings (well I stop looking every day but I think about it) and I see sadness in the hopes of my Monero and Litecoin for example,,, but no problem you know, these coins will always do well slow but steady.
Monero is my super dark horse pick for many years to come. Privacy. It will be important.
