Earlier this year (in May) I saw a WebDollar price estimation for this year. I waited for the time to pass, in order to see how it does not come true. The estimation circulated on various FB groups back then. Curiously, now it can be hardly found all over the Internet, as the author carefully deleted it from almost all the places. Don't know why. I managed to find it though on a FB group named WebDollar - Cryptocurrencies in your Browser. Let's see it.



The prediction states a ridiculous price of 0.0003$ for 1 WEBD in August (which did not happen), 0.0045$ in October (which also did not happen) and 0.01$ in December (which will not happen). Actually, according to CoinMarketCap, WEBD reached a top of 0.00019 in August and 0.000085 in October (a value lower than in August).

Interesting, the author wrote back in May also a Medium article about his estimation. For unknown reasons (/s), the article was also deleted.



But who is the author though? Now things become even more interesting hilarious.



Apparently, the author is a barber (yes, that's correct: a barber), working as a barber and also as a part of WebDollar development team. So all the hopes are in a barber. All good.

Now the question is: why the barber Blockchain developer isn't listed on WebDollar's website? Is the team ashamed of having a barber among the other members Searching for the barber on Google turns a few results, saying that he is actually a WEBD investor, not a WEBD employee. Was the barber fired by the team for the ridiculous estimation? Is the barber still working with them, but underground?

The truth is out there...
