But what im worried is: Tmem 94C ??
We can fry en egg at 94c...

94C is fine, you should be worried if it reach 104C.

did you try mvddc under 900? 860 i.e. ? and -tt etc ?

No, I modded bios (cclock 1366, mclock 1800 with moded strap, cvddc 800, mvddc 850), 55.5MH/s.
Tj 58-66C, Tmem 82-92C (it depends of room temps).
