Will this not all get appealed to the supreme court? Or if the local courts feel there is no grounds for considering a case does it just get shelved there and then with no route to supreme? RG is a high profile lawyer isn't he? Wouldn't be pushing this if he knew there was zero evidence to corroborate ? I don't know much about the legal system.

I mean ruling the observers should be permitted closer to the counters now won't help them see that which they previously missed observing closely enough?

Surely everything contested will need to be counted again under tighter scrutiny.

I don't care which wins that much but surely everything must be observably and unquestionably and strictly by the rules.
This is a closely run and rather important event right?

This shit happens everytime recently. How can this process be so sloppy and open to such abuse?

Who ever wins should do so fair and square.
The numbers are super close in some states.

By the judges reactions to the lawsuits so far, it seems pretty clear that the Trump campaign is literally just making shit up - which isn't surprising in any way.

“There is no evidence that any vote that should be lawfully counted has been or will not be counted.  There is no evidence that any vote that should lawfully not be counted has been or will be counted. There is no evidence that any election worker did anything outside of the law, policy or procedures. Petitioners do not have standing to maintain their mandamus claims.”

"Having read and considered said petition, all argument and evidence of record, including the evidence presented at the hearing, and the applicable law, the Court finds that there is no evidence that the ballots referenced in the petition were received after 7:00 p.m. on election day, thereby making those ballots invalid. Additionally, there is no evidence that the Chatham County Board of Elections or the Chatham County Board of Registrars has failed to comply with the law."
