Trump: “In Pennsylvania partisan Democrats have allowed ballots in the state to be received three days after the election and we think much more than that and they are counting those without any postmarks or any identification whatsoever.”

The Facts: The state supreme court, not “partisan Democrats”, ordered that ballots filled out before the end of election day could be received up to three days later and still be counted. The US supreme court examined the case and did not stand in the way of the three-day timeframe but may review the matter later. A number of other states have also made accommodations for the additional mailed ballots.

There are currently 5 democrats and 2 Republicans on the PA state supreme court.

The constitution is also very clear as to who has authority to set election rules; the state legislatures, and the PA law, that the PA state legislature passed, is clear, votes by mail must be received by 8 PM on election day, not 3 days later.

The above is in addition to the other falsehoods in the OP.

Both PA State and US Supreme Courts ruled that if a PA ballot was postmarked by election day and received within 3 days after, the vote counted.

So, that's what the rule. Even if Trump says otherwise.

Your post is false. The US SC declined to take up the case prior to the election, which was a bad idea. The SCOTUS actually just ordered that ballots received after the statutory deadline should be both kept and counted separately.

I understand you are being paid to post propaganda talking points, but please try to stick to the facts.
