I think it could take even more than a month, I believe. I also have a bet, and I think it will and should remain active until everything is over. Trump did not concede, even though he barely has a chance of winning now. But yeah, the lawsuits and vote recount will take time. After it's done, I'm pretty sure Trump still won't give up and will try to influence the electors so that they make their choice contrary to the choice of their states if those were Democratic. And even if he loses both the popular and the electoral vote, he can still legally win and stay in power (see details in this video). Finally, he can try to declare an emergency and stay in power till the end of the pandemic or something like this.
