I talked to the support once again, and this is what was said..

So this is no longer true, and I have wasted a month of my time attempting to get my ID verified?
I was replied with:
That is still true, it just seem that from your past experience that you would not pass it, but you are welcome to continue to try to pass the identity verification.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?
